Rae Green - Business Owner

Rae was born at Point Lookout and has had a continuous connection with the island ever since with her parents, grandparents and great grandparents all living on Minjerribah at some stage.  

Rae met her husband on Cylinder Headland in 1969 and they moved permanently back to the island with their two children in 1989 and this is when her involvement with real estate began.  Rae’s two grandchildren live on the island with their parents and are now sixth generation islanders.

She now has almost 30 years of real estate experience and all of it on Minjerribah and has been the Principal of Ray White Nth Stradbroke Island for the past 25 years.  

Rae has an unparalleled knowledge of Straddie real estate including permanent and holiday rentals and has always been heavily involved in promoting Straddie as a desirable tourist and investment destination.  

Rae takes the responsibility of looking after someone’s valuable investment property very seriously and is renowned for her vigilance and firmness in looking after these properties.
