Departure Information

Please note that our Check Out time is 9am.  Please drop off the keys to our office: 4 Meegera Place, Point Lookout, or let us know if you will be leaving them in the lock box at the property.

Upon departure we request that you: 

• Ensure the property is secure with all windows, doors closed and locked.
• Fans and air conditioning units are turned off.
• Ensure dishes are washed and put away and the property left in a tidy state.  
• Ensure that all rubbish is removed from the property and placed in the appropriate bins. Bins are collected by Redland City Council on Mondays and bins need to be placed kerbside on Sunday afternoon as collection can commence quite early.  Bin collection days are below for your information:
