Getting to Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island)

Located off the coast of Brisbane and easily accessible by car or on foot from the mainland. If bringing a vehicle, it is essential to pre-book on the vehicle ferry.  You will need to book with Stradbroke Ferries which services the island with vehicular transportation.  Click to see Ferry Timetables.  If you are travelling on foot by Water Taxi there are two companies servicing North Stradbroke Island - the Stradbroke Flyer - Click Here for Timetable and Stradbroke Ferries - Click Here for Timetable.  Most Water Taxis are met by the Stradbroke Island Bus company which will transport you across the island. 

From Brisbane Airport

Air Train from Airport to Cleveland.  Taxis and Uber services are also available.  It is approximately a 45 minute drive from the airport providing there are no traffic delays. 

Dunwich to Point Lookout 

It is approximately 20kms across the island.  There is a small taxi company Stradbroke Cab Service on the island and their number is 0408 193 685.  There are currently no Uber Services on North Stradbroke Island. 

StradEasy Shuttle buses are also available for door to door service from the ferry terminal and in between townships on Minjerribah, pre-bookings are recommended due to limited seats and times. 0488 029 718.

You will receive a pre-arrival email within 24 hours prior to your check in. This will give you the address of your property, keys will be left inside the property with a lock box code provided.
