At the heart of the home is a gourmet kitchen with granite benchtops and quality electric appliances, flowing seamlessly to a spacious outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining area—perfect for entertaining. A built-in gas BBQ with wok burner and sink, ten-seat outdoor setting, and outdoor gas heater make alfresco dining enjoyable year-round.

The home features five fully air-conditioned bedrooms (4 King beds and 1 Queen), all screened, with ceiling fans and their own TVs. The luxurious master suite is a true retreat, boasting a freestanding bath and rain shower—both with stunning ocean views.

For relaxation and entertainment, enjoy a dedicated media room complete with Foxtel, surround sound, large flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD, fireplace, and wet bar with fridge and dishwasher. A high-quality billiard table adds to the resort-style experience and opens out to the fully fenced pool area with heated spa.

Outdoors, you’ll find a fenced grassed play area at the front of the property, a secure pool zone, and ample space to relax and unwind.

Please note: This home is located in a quiet area of Point Lookout and is not suitable for parties or noisy gatherings.
