Whale Watching

Minjerribah is the closest place to Brisbane where you can enjoy land based whale watching. Humpback Whales can be seen anytime between late May and early November each year during their migration along the coast. They can be easily spotted and photographed off the Point Lookout headland.

You will also see other marine life such as pods of Dolphins, Eagle Rays feeding close to the rocks, Manta Rays in Summer, Sharks and bait balls from time to time.
