South Gorge Beach

A stunning, small beach south of the Gorge walk at Point Lookout, sheltered by the high cliffs to the side.

A short walk from the headland car park and Surf Lifesavers. This is not a patrolled beach but is popular for swimming and surfing.

Take caution as there is commonly a strong rip here. Dogs are not permitted here. For a dog friendly beach try Home beach.
