Nestled amongst the native gum trees, Tree House by the Sea is a beautifully designed coastal retreat that perfectly captures the laid-back charm of North Stradbroke Island. Surrounded by nature and offering lovely bush and sea views, this stunning new home has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed island stays.
Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flows onto a spacious entertaining deck, creating the perfect space to gather with family and friends. A second living area provides plenty of room to spread out, along with a laundry and powder room for added convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two queen rooms and a bunk room with four single beds, making it ideal for families or groups. Three spacious bathrooms, a cozy TV retreat, and a second large deck offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
One of the home's most special features is its connection to nature. By day, enjoy the ocean glimpses through the trees and the sounds of the local birdlife. As evening falls, the illuminated gum trees create a magical backdrop, where you can sit back on the deck and watch sugar gliders dart between the branches.
Modern, comfortable and surrounded by the natural beauty of Point Lookout, Tree House by the Sea is the perfect place to slow down, relax and enjoy the best of Straddie.

* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
* To ensure the comfort of guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ''Schoolies'' breaks/under 21 yrs groups.

* This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
* This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Our first time visiting Straddie, and we couldn’t have picked a better house. We were so grateful to be the first guests at Treehouse by the Sea, and it was such a wonderful place to stay.
The house had everything we needed and so much space. We loved the beautiful big decks, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, which was perfect for our stay as we brought all our own supplies over to the island.
The views were simply stunning. We were lucky enough to watch whales playing in the ocean and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the water towards Moreton Island and the lighthouse. There were plenty of kangaroos around the house and friendly kookaburras in the trees throughout the day — although they were a little too cheeky at times, swooping in to steal lunch off our folk!!
Treehouse by the Sea is such a peaceful and relaxing home, perfect for reading a book on the decks or curled up inside. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return someday.
