We rented this property for a family getaway and it was great. It helped to have to a separate living area upstairs. The location was excellent, easy walk up the hill to the cafes. The lounge has seen better days but the rest place was great.

The location and setup of this accommodation is perfect. Access to the beach, local foodstore, cafe and restaurant, gives you the low key getaway you desire.
We would definitely stay again, although it does get quite warm on the top level, so perhaps additional cooling needs to be looked at in the warmer months. None the less, we had a great time.

Nice 3 bedroom 3 story apartment. Living area in middle level was good. Close to the beach but no water views. Kitchen was well stocked & had everything we needed. Some maintenence is required on screen door, window openers and aircon.

What a fantastic holiday home. Plenty of room for a large family. A great equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor entertainment area.Perfect location to beaches, pub and a quick walk to the Point.We will certainly be back!

The property had every we could need. It was comfortable and clean. It was well located, close to beaches and shops and the bus stop.
Ray White personnel were helpful and friendly.

It was a good but not great stay for 2 families. Kitchen was well equipped.
No Wi-Fi despite being mentioned in Property Description.
Carport for only 1 car.
Bedding and bathrooms were old and average clean. No bath soap or shampoo provided.
Backyard was very messy not maintained.
Master bedroom on L1 but other bedrooms on L3, too far.
Location accessible to Cafes restaurants beaches shops within 10min walk.
Over priced.

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linen/blankets/towels and chairs. Nice and close to most places in Point lookout

Tchoomooroo was a very comfortable house for 3 couples, good location.

We really enjoyed the house and it’s amenities and it all as spacious and very clean. A great kitchen too with a big fridge and plenty of cupboards and lots of equipment. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

One negative thing was when windy at night it was noisy in the bedrooms upstairs as some overhanging tree branches were rubbing across the roof. And for peace of mind would be nice to have an extra lock on the front door. Overall would definitely would stay here again.

A great location close to beaches and cafes. Overall the property is comfortable with lovely furnishings and a coastal theme. The outside areas and inside blinds could be cleaner. Details for check-in were not provided but had to be requested and reported repair issues were noted but not attended to during our stay.

The rental is in a great location and the communication was great! the home was a little bit dusty and one of the guests was asthmatic. Unfortunately the weekend that we went, the weather was terrible and because it was flooding in Brisbane we had to leave early. Apart from this we had a great visit and will definitely go to straddie again.

Tchoomooroo is a beautifully thought out holiday property with plenty of space for 6 adults. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Location wise, it’s excellent for beaches and the shops. A daily walk to the shop for ice cream is easily done. Proximity to other houses around was our only negative. The holiday home next door was full of very rowdy people using foul language and partying late every night. Our kitchen and deck were literally 10m from their deck so we (and they) could hear every word. One of the bedrooms is also directly above the kitchen, and even with windows closed tight, the noise prevented a good nights sleep for our children. If you want quiet and privacy this potentially isn’t the rental for you.

We were welcomed at the door on arrival, and that was appreciated. Townhouse was pretty much as expected. We enjoyed ourselves. One issue: downstairs bathroom was unclean - very unclean.

Great property at a good price. Everything there we needed and location was good as a short walk to the beaches and shops.

A clean,tidy house on three levels which is very well equipped. Good,central location.Had a relaxed,great stay.

The after-hours check-in process was very easy to follow with the given instructions communicated by Ray White. Although located on the main road, it was very peaceful on its elevated block and the location made it very easy to get anywhere on the island with the bus stop only 20m away. Foodworks and the famous Cylinder Beach only a 10minute walk away. The house was equipped with a moveable aircon unit, for those hot days.

Perfectly positioned! Ideal for families with small children. Loved this little beach house.

We all loved the unit. It was spacious, clean, welcoming and in a terrific position where we could walk to shops and beaches easily.We will definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay.So close to the bus stop. No need to take the car over. Sleeps 8 and very comfy for three couples. Terrific to be so close to shops and The Blue Room for great meals. Will be back! Lovely yard and walking distance to The Gorge , Cylinder and Main beach.
