Welcome to Snappers on Straddie, a boutique 5 unit complex in the heart of Point Lookout. Newly renovated, each unit feels private and has a queen bedroom, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open plan living/dining with a futon couch and air conditioning. The television is a smart TV and is connected to NBN, so just log into your favourite apps and enjoy. There is either a private deck or courtyard with your own outdoor seating and a BBQ with a lovely leafy outlook. At the front of the property there is a communal laundry with washing machine and dryer, a storage area for the surf boards and beach toys as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower for guests to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Positioned opposite a bus stop and an easy walk to all beaches and local shops, you won’t need to bring the car. There is a pedestrian gate to the right of the property that provides access to an easement which leads to Frenchman’s and Deadman’s Beach via the Whale Track. If you are wishing to park a vehicle, street parking is available. Please keep the driveway clear at all times to ensure safe and easy passage for guests in and out of the property gates.

Nice little unit in fabulous location. A short walk to Cylinder Beach, Pt Lookout, the shops and pub. Cute courtyard but it had no maintenance for a long time. I raked ankle deep pandanus fronds from the courtyard and swept the paths so we could use the courtyard. What took me an hour with a tiny broom could have been done in 5 mins with a rake and blower. Massive ant problem inside and outside potentially due to the rotting pandanus. One teabag? no coffee pods but coffee machine. Ironing board but no iron. No hairdryer. About 30 teaspoons but ONE fork? I don't count the few dirty old plastic forks, we aren't children. 2 wine glasses that don't match 4 water glasses that don't match and look like they have been knocked off from the pub. The spare mattress protector needs to be thrown out, these things make a great little place and the agency look cheap.Go to Kmart. There was Lots of dishwashing soap, hand soap and shower and bathroom products. Some more hanging space or shelving would be handy. Aside from these few things that be very easily fixed it's a great unit and I would stay again.
