Great big place with an airy light vibe - definitely want to come back.

Great location for a stay on Straddie. Easy walking distance to everything in Point Lookout with comfortable space for up to 8 guests.

Well located for walking to Deadman’s Beach and Point Lookout, Samarinda Green was the perfect holiday home to return to. Cool and comfortable, spacious deck and internal living areas provided the ingredients for a very relaxing holiday. Kangaroos across the road in the mornings, curlews wandering through and a green tree frog on the deck. We were happy to have a safe spot there so our Golden Retriever could be part of the trip also.

A great place to stay, great location, walking distance to everything! Cafe beaches, gorge walk. The 2 levels were great as we shared the space with friends and it was great having the space downstairs for chill time and watching tv when others were cooking upstairs. Would definitely rent again. Beds and sheets high quality, apart from the 2 single beds which were very squeaky.

It was a lovely experience in Straddie. This place has all the necessary stuff to let you enjoy the stay with the full family onboard. We will definitely come back!

Fabulous light filled spot, close to everything. Nicely appointed, and easy to keep clean. Linen service and pre-made beds were awesome and a new experience for me at Minjerribah. It is hard to find a reasonably priced spot for four single people, having to rent something larger in order that we all have our own bed. That is the reason for the lower mark on affordability.

We had a great time with our family and our pets (only a 5 minute drive to an off leash beach was a bonus). Shops and the beach were at walking distance. Chris was very very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

This was a great place to stay for my family of 5 plus a pooch. Fully enclosed fenced yard for our dog. There is a Nespresso pod machine so it is helpful to bring your own coffee machine or Nespresso compatible pods (you can buy these at the local Foodworks not too far away). Heating was good and the house was very clean. It is only a short 7-9 minute dawdle to get ice cream or coffee and was a great location overall. Lots of whales and some dolphins off Point Lookout this time of year, which was great to see. The twin mattresses downstairs are VERY squeaky (one more so than the other), so if you have a lot of people coming, fill those last unless they replace them before they come. No problems with anything else. Good communication.

Great location, lovely house lots of room and great enclosed garden for the dogs. Lots of cobwebs around upper windows and dirty fly screen doors looks like it’s been there a while could have been cleaned. But we had a great stay would definitely come back

The rental home was amazing! So neat and clean and comfortable, lovely layout with everything available. Location was perfect. So enjoyed our stay!

We visited Stradbroke island with another family and our dog , the house was very well positioned for walking between restaurants, bakeries and cafes . The beaches were amazing which were in walking distance too

The house itself was well kept and housed 2 families comfortably . Ray white where extremely helpful throughout the whole stay

This house was absolutely perfect for a family holiday!!!
Great location, walking distance to both popular beaches and local shops. It has a great floor plan with main bedroom upstairs and kids rooms down stairs with there own t.v room and bathroom. Fully fenced so we were able to bring our beloved dog Nelly who had a wonderful time also playing in the water at home beach.
The kitchen was missing a few utensils and there was not many drinking glasses. Also a cloths dryer would of came in handy while we were there because it rained everyday and there was also no wi-fi password display anywhere.

Perfect home for a family holiday on beautiful straddie.

We really enjoyed staying at Samarinda Green the property location was great and really good we could have our Dog's stay with us.

This was a kiwi/Aussie family get-together. The house and location was great on the best part of the Island. Saw plenty of whales and local wildlife

Home had every thing you needed, location was close to amenities.could do with cleaning window slides of flies and spiders
