Beautiful views, well appointed unit with no air conditioning but good ceiling fans. I cleaned the shower recesses as covered in mould but it was a lovely unit.

What an amazing place to spend Christmas in Australia. We came from England and found this holiday rental an amazing place to stay, with a breathtaking view. We fell in love with Straddie. Our only criticism was that considering the cost we didn’t expect to have to pick up toilet roll, bin bags etc.

4th time staying here and already rebooked for next year. It’s fantastic!!

Staff at Ray White were fantastic, made us feel welcomed and trusted. Unit overall was very good, and we understand it was not built in the last year or so, but there were a few things that made it less than perfect.

Cleanliness was a worry. Maybe we were there the wrong side of a deep cleaning cycle, however there were cobwebs on the windows, grit all over the floor (we took 2 1/2 hours sweeping it), dust all over the extra linen, plus several pots had caked-on black grime inside them that we had to scrub off before cooking, The oven was lined with filth, and a few of the plates were chipped and lined with black streaks. The rangehood did not work at all.

Biggest concern were the two trip hazards into the bathrooms, each of which have a 3 to 5 centimeter lip from the hallway floor level to the bathroom floor level. One of the people staying with us was a 74 year old friend, and he nearly went over twice. The problem could easily be fixed with some triangular section non-slip rubber.

Overall the negatives were nowhere near enough to make the stay unpleasant (with those views and proximity to everything it's impossible!), but it was enough to take one star off the overall rating.

We will be back in the future, it was that good.

Wonderful private and quiet location with best views of the ocean. The new Mexican restaurant down the road "Oasis" is very nice - worth a visit if you want to eat out. Enjoying a sunset at Amity is a must when you visit Minjerribah - stunning.

The property had everything we needed and afforded a fantastic view.

We stay at Lookout Apartments every year and just love these properties. The team at Ray White Straddle also make the trip so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the unit. It was well appointed, everything we needed, even a nesspresso coffee machine. It was very quite location, so was able to relax out on the balcony, read a book or just look out at the amazing view

Great easy experience with contactless checkin. Accommodation was fantastic and very well appointed.

The Lookout is perfectly situated with stunning views. The apartment is cozy, comfortable and well appointed with amenities. We could not have asked anything better. It was hard to leave.

A great position for the view & we enjoyed afternoons around the pool which also has ocean views. Wildlife roam close by & is a peaceful location. This is an older style Unit & needed upgrading of worn furniture & extra efforts required in cleanliness, especially the kitchen & BBQ

I cannot praise this Unit enough. Has all the home comforts plus more. Beds are very comfortable. Very quiet. The cleaner/cleaners - you do a magnificent job. The staff at Ray White Point Lookout were always helpful and polite. We will certainly be back.

What a welcoming unit (even a beautiful hand written Welcome note from the Ray White team). Views are to die for. Such a great kitchen with everything you need plus more . Beds are very comfortable. Everything so clean( great job cleaners). The girls at Ray White were very helpful with the few phones I made while booking. We shall be back as soon as possible.

Clean,tidy and all the comforts of home.Booked thru Ray White and they went above and beyond when it looked like we were going to be stranded during a weather event.Second time we have enjoyed this unit and definitely coming back.
