This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
This location in the popular Deadmans Beach area means that children do not have to cross the main road to access the beach. The large covered deck is ideal for outdoor dining. The kitchen, dining room, lounge room and two of the three bedrooms all overlook the ocean.
Features include: 3 bedrooms plus rumpus room (2 Queens, 2 Twins), 3 bathrooms , full size bathtub, covered deck with ocean views, Wifi, Smart TV with Disney Channel, off street parking but no undercover parking (there is no access to the garage).
Sleeps maximum 8 people.
Linen is supplied and beds made on arrival.
No Pets Allowed.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachies. It has a wonderful view over the ocean and is within walking distance to Deadman's Beach, Cylinder Beach and the shops in town. It was well maintained and well stocked with basic essentials. We will definitely be returning.

Beachies is run by people who care about the experience their guests have here. It’s evident in how the place is presented, it’s evident in the goodwill you’ll find in the pantry, it’s evident in the meaning of the signs on the walls. The boys and I loved it here, and you will too. Thanks to Ray White (who’ve been great to deal with) for letting us return next year. We’re looking forward to coming back. Better get in there before we do.

This is the second time I have stayed in the Beachies units - the last time was in 1999! The property has been kept so well it still feels new. It's in a great position with a great view. The whales gave an impressive display every day of our 6-day stay. We never tired of watching them frolic. Sadly we forgot to bring our binoculars. The owners must be good people as there were lovely notes from them helping to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We did miss the BBQ though. We'd definitely love to come back and hopefully it won't be another 20 years away!

This is a terrific spot in easy walking distance to Foodworks and the bluff restaurants. You can sit on your deck and watch the whales directly in front of Denmans as well dolphins in the surf break then walk down to the beach and enjoy the sand dunes. Townhouse is well presented with lots of crockery, cutlery and saucepans to handle a big group and guests. No bathroom or toilet on the main level which is fine unless you have a disabled or elderly person with you.

Beachies 1 is a great house to stay at when at Stradbroke. It is walking distance to shops and beaches with a great view outside the front door. Ray White were nothing but nice and helpful with anything we needed and would easily recommend anyone to stay here when in Stradbroke

Fantastic. We had the perfect holiday.
Brilliant location. House is really nice. Has everything required for a nice stay. Neighbours really friendly as well. Lots of wildlife including sugar gliders each dusk.
