Beautiful views, relaxing, and heaps of space. Perfect for our big family!

The house was in an amazing location with beautiful views of the bay. It had lots of amenities and activities, with an excellent supply of dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, plates, cutlery ect. A special addition was the outdoor shower and all the birds that would come and visit the balcony.

Spacious modern home with breath-taking views from decks and bedrooms. Well-equipped. Separate spaces for different generations, or sets of couples, to unwind. The upper bedroom with ensuite can get hot in high summer, but fans and sea breezes mostly suffice. Great position. Loved it.

Perfect for a group of girls to visit on a yearly basis to recharge the batteries of life. Plenty of room, neat and tidy, close to everything, we couldn't ask for anything more.

The whole family had a great time. Perfect for the kids and location was ideal for beach trips. We would love to stay here again.

This is a well designed house with wonderful views and huge decks to enjoy them. Had everything we needed. Loved the garden shower

The house was fantastic for eight people with ample room to spread out when wanted and great eating options particularly with the expansive deck. The newly renovated bathrooms were lovely and the house generally had all we needed.
Position was great for walking to shops and or the beach and access to driving tracks was very close.
Only negatives were the lack of provided info to get in on arrival, no bath mats in two bathrooms and no provided hand towels.

I have stayed at Pinjarra many times over the last few years, but I still gasp when I get to the top level, slide open the doors, and step onto the deck. The view over the ocean from Amity Point to Moreton Island really is breathtaking.The owners have just finished tastefully renovating the three bathrooms, re-flooring the entire lower deck, and replacing the old septic tank. Hats off to the builder - I wish he'd done my place!Full marks to the hosts for presenting a lovely home so nicely. I even went ok playing pingpong, and caught some fish!

We enjoyed the table tennis the most and the board games they have. Too bad it can only accommodate max of 8 guests. It is a very huge house and can even fit more than 8. The view of the ocean was mesmerising. Everything is accessible. It’s situated nearby a police station so guaranteed safe I guess. Parking was never a problem.

Such a great location to sit on the deck and watch the whales cruise past and glorious sunsets, not to mention easy walking distance to the Point Lookout pub and Cylinder Beach. Easily accommodate our group of 7, and the house is well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday on Straddie.

A huge house that could easily accommodate more than our group of seven, with two levels of living spaces, decks with ocean views and a well equipped kitchen. Look forward to booking here again next year.

Six of us oldies (over 70) had a great stay. Looking forward to taking the grandkids next time. Great views and beach and pub 300m away. But the best beer and VERY BEST hot potato chips I have ever had are served at the Dunwich Brewery.

Was such an incredible family house with perfect views loved how the kitchen opens up to the verandah as we cooked big breakfast. Everyone had plenty of space some spaces needed a bit more cleaning but well worth the price

8 Yarrong Rd was such a lovely holiday rental for my family. We had visitors who also adored the stay. 180 degree views of the bay and 5 minute beach access was a winner. We would love to stay there again!!

For the fourth time our family has gathered together at 8 Yarrong. This house provides a wonderful space for a larger gathering. The short walk to the beach makes the holiday less car dependent. We love the addition of the table tennis table.

The home worked beautifully for our 3 married children and several young grandchildren. Spacious decks with beautiful views, extra living space with ping pong table was great. Easy walk to Cylinder Beach. Only negatives: Could have used some extra dish towels, one bathroom had no toilet paper, BBQ needed cleaning.

The deck and the view are spectacular.
Very convenient location.
Not so spectacular:
1.the bbq was crusted with charred remnants, accumulated since the dawn of time (that's not an exaggeration!)
2.all the bathrooms are tired. The 2 main bathrooms are seriously overdue for a refurb/makeover. Chipped boards, rusted hangers - rather ordinary.

Very large house with lots of space for extended family. Beautiful views from large deck and well appointed kitchen. Having 3 bathrooms was a great bonus! Easy walking to everywhere and highly recommended!

We spent the most beautiful weekend with friends. House is so gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

We had a four night stay. It was fabulous. The bedrooms were spacious with all you could need. The kitchen was very well equipped. The best part was the view from the top deck. You can walk to the pub, but will probably want to drive to the beaches. One small point is that there are no tables inside. If it is wet, cold or windy, eating on the deck is not pleasant. Overall great. We couldn't be more pleased.

Pinjarra is amazing! We were lucky enough to stay in this fabulous house for 7 nights with friends and family! The house has a fantastic 'feel', the views are amazing from every window and every angle. Great lay-out, spacious rooms (super comfortable beds)! We loved the huge table outdoors and the daybed - it was also great to have the table tennis table and the board games!! So many positives, walking distance to beautiful Cylinder beach, and a great starting point for many daytrips! We all had a fabulous time and can not wait to come back!

Great views and excellent layout

Great location, fun huge house, great vibe. The view is great from every room and you can watch the whales play in the ocean while you make dinner! Kitchen, living room and deck well furnished with stylish reno. Excellent selection of games and some vacation books to get lost in.
Rooms well appointed but extra blankets and a heater wouldn't go astray in winter. Bathrooms are adequate but fixtures are needing some attention - you can tell this is a well loved holiday house.

We stayed at 8 Yarrong Rd with two other families for 7 nights over the Easter/Anzac day break. This was an excellent holiday home with three queen bedrooms and one room with two singles. There was plenty of space for the kids to stay occupied without getting in the way. The table tennis table was a big hit and there were also a number of board games including a monopoly set. The house was well equipped with three bathrooms including one ensuite and laundry with washing machine and drier. The Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The views from the property was breathtaking, especially from the huge deck on the third floor. The location gave us easy access to Cylinder beach and the other beaches were just a few minutes away. Will be re-booking this property again for sure!

Superb property. Has everything you need for an outstanding stay at Pt Lookout

Pinjarra is a gorgeous multi-level house less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and pub. It has 4 bedrooms and spacious, breezy living areas on each level. It also has 2 giant outdoor deck areas. The deck on the top level has a 180 degree angle of the ocean. The view is breathtaking. The kitchen is newly installed (including a breakfast bar) and looks out onto the ocean. The house is cool and has an abundance of natural light. Would highly recommend this property for any guests, however in particular for large/blended families due to the large size of the house and separate living areas.

A fabulous holiday house with huge decks and wide and extensive ocean views! Also, in a great location - easy walking distance to beaches and shops. There are large living areas on both levels of the house and it would be great for 2 families

My family and I spent Christmas/New Years at this recently renovated property. Outstanding location - easy walking distance to beach and shops. Great for the whole family with entertainment offerings (TV, DVD, Blue-Ray and table tennis table) on the first floor. The top floor provided spectacular 180 degree water/beach views with a great sea breeze. A new kitchen and BBQ provided integrated cooking facilities designed to leverage the open plan layout of the property.
