On entry level there is the kitchen with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine and open plan dining and lounge leading out to the covered deck with gas Webber BBQ and lovely fenced yard. All furniture in the home is modern and the television is a smart tv and is connected to the High Speed NBN. Just log in to your favourite apps and enjoy! The home is fully air conditioned with a full ducted system.
There is a laundry on the ground level with front load washer and dryer and there is also a toilet on this level.

Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms with a king bed in the master, queen in the second and king single in the third all with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom on this level. All bedrooms are fully screened.

We just want to thank you very much for your fabulous communication and we were so happy with our accommodation for Christmas.Point Lookout is an amazing location and the house was situated perfectly to allow us to walk to all the amazing beaches.The house was spotless and the Christmas Hamper was a lovely touch.Thank you and we look forward to coming back soon.

Such a great “little” unit - has everything you could want on your holiday at Straddie.
It’s in a great position, close to shops & the beach.
Looks small from outside, but when you walk through the front door you’re in for a surprise at how roomy it really is.
3 big bedrooms & bathroom upstairs & an additional toilet downstairs is a big plus.
We loved the media room most of all especially on rainy or windy days when we couldn't go to the beach.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this unit for a great stay at Straddie.

We had a wonderful stay here, the Town House was very modern and had a great atmosphere it was very accommodating. You have everything you need while staying her'e and it is walking distance to everything local. Chris from Ray White was also really wonderful to deal with.

Keeps getting better

This place just keeps getting better! This is my third stay and every-time I arrive the owner has made more improvements. The latest addition is the ducted air conditioning which was fantastic for those cooler nights. The movie room is our favourite place in the house with the theatre style chairs. Be back soon!

Well Located Townhouse

Very well appointed, well located townhouse. We spent a week working remotely on Stradbroke Island and the Townhouse was perfect for that, as it had great Wi-Fi and space. The townhouse was very clean and everything felt new and fresh. Highly recommend!

A great place. It was 5 of us staying and the house was very spacious and clean. The coffee machine was a big bonus too. Very enjoyable stay - highly recommend. The only downside is the very early check out!

Had a wonderful stay here. Great location, walking distance to the beach and local shops and cafes. Very peaceful outlook into the back garden and hardly any road noise. The unit was well equipped, clean and tidy. Very comfy beds. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time here. If you're expecting 5 stars you won't like it, but if you're expecting a nice townhouse near town you'll love it. PROS - Almost all new furniture, new TV, great BBQ and outside area, very comfy beds, and comfy couch. CONS - there's a seated stair lift for disabled people that is very much in the way, it gets very hot (fans help but still hot), and the pans definitely need replacing. Overall, we'd stay here again.

Convenient location, short walk through to Main Beach and easy access to shops. Easy walking distance to Cylinder, Deadman’s etc. Property was as seen in advertisement. One note - there is no functional garage - which may be an issue for those who like to keep car under cover. Pleasant covered deck overlooking garden

Wonderful stay at Stradbroke again, the unit was perfect, clean and well presented with everything we needed for a peaceful getaway and a super location where we could walk to the beaches or the Gorge so easily, local shops and the resident Koala at the end of the street. Jenny was so helpful as this was a very last minute (same day) booking. Wonderful service.
