This was a romantic holiday to remember for all our days. The room was so well appointed, clean, had beautiful mirrors which made it feel huge and bright, and was such an excellent resort and location. Will be staying here again!

Great location. Accommodation has pool, tennis court and BBQ area. Room good space. Air-conditioning and cooking facilities!

The apartment was not cleaned to an acceptable standard (or in a condition anywhere near the photo on ). I have operated similar short term accommodation sites and understand what level of cleaniness is required (curtains were moldy, bathroom window very soiled and living room floor rug needs to be replaced). Very basic amenities and upgrade to outside furniture and screens on doors is needed. 1 roll of toilet paper provided for a 6 day stay / dishwasher not cleared / items left in washing machine. very poor attention to detail for our arrival.

There was no mention that to get to the unit we would have to climb 3 flights of stairs, when we got up there there was no pillow cases on the spare pillows, the pillow cases supplied were filthy as was the unit. 9.00am checkout really, no mention that there was no service. We also had friends staying at Pandanus palms, sand in the beds and rubish items under.

The resort is nice pool & tennis court and check in was easy, close to coffee shop and bar. Room it's self clean and tidy. Unfortunately the couch was broken, I'm sure it will be fixed for the next guests. We had no signal in the room and no free wifi so the reception gave me a dongle to rent. We found 9am hard to checkout on a Sunday and walking with our luggage to drop the key off at ray white wasnt ideal. If you had a car it would be easier. Overall it was good for a short stay and a nice studio apartment.

The apartment was comfortable for 2 but desperately needs
1. door closure device repaired
2. Balcony floor repaired
3. Bigger TV
4. WiFi
5. A bit of a paint job.

The location of the unit is perfect.
The only disappointment for us was the lack of cleanliness in the unit and the fridge freezer was over iced and needed urgent defrosting. The door closer at the front was also broken and made it difficult to get into the unit when you had things to try to bring inside as the door wouldn't open properly.
Other than that, the unit was ok for our stay.

Rented a Studio apartment at the Island on Stradbroke Island for one night.
It was great to be able to book for one night, it was ALL we needed. The apartment was clean and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised.

Nice, clean, quiet, & modernised quite well. Suited our needs : empty nesters visiting our son & partner who were camping. We’ve had many family holidays in big houses at Straddie/Minjerribah , so this was a change in accommodation style for us. Location was good, handy to pub, beach & easy walk to Pr Lookout. Saw hundreds of whales :)

Good accommodation with decent on site facilities

Everything you need for a few days to rest your head with full kitchen amenities. Good location, nice grounds and pool area.

Cute spot, loved the view of the trees, loved being able to hear the ocean, loved having all the features at our disposal even if we didn't take advantage of them. Great little hideaway :)

This was a beautiful property for a couples weekend. Well renovated and had everything needed for cooking, bathing and rest. The bed was a bit low for my liking but that is me.

Everything about our stay was easy, from check-in to check-out we had an amazing time. The apartment had all the appliances needed to create a big breakfast and to brew some great coffee! I loved that everything was new. The apartment was beautifully finished with stone throughout, and the bath was magic for thawing our surf frozen bones. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay.
