Good location, nicely presented and good for families but needs updates. Surface cleaning fine but maintenance and Spring Clean required. No keys left as indicated and had to chase them from real estate. No A/C on an unfortunately hot weekend. Could do with hooks and some hangers in the downstairs bedrooms. But an enjoyable stay.

Bad rental. Bad agency. No working television (no reception, old analogue TV. Super cheap landlord). No wifi or internet. No phone reception. Not built in sections of the 'house'. Spiders.. MOZZIES. dirty property. Bad value. Good location if it was insulated or noise proofed. Will not return nor will I use agency again. Complained about tv and they were indifferent.

Don't let the plain exterior fool you - this is a comfy holiday home with newly refurbished kitchen & bathrooms. The kids loved the 'treehouse' feel! No ocean view, but just a short stroll to Deadman's Beach. Recommended.
