"Absolute"is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the oceanside of Tramican Street. You'll live on the awesome deck in the trees with views to Moreton. There is also a small north facing deck ideally located to get away from the kids or to read in peace.
The upstairs is the large open plan living area and 2 bedrooms and downstairs 'kids retreat' with lounge, deck & small dining table. Both lounges have a TV with Foxtel & DVD player,
Features: 3 x Queen bedrooms (master with ensuite) and 2 x single beds and trundle, 3 Bathrooms, 1 bath tub, 3 toilets. kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & gas cooktop, 2 lounges both with TV, Foxtel & DVD player. ceiling fans upstairs, Fully screened, 2 upstairs decks, the main with lounge suite, outdoor setting, small bar fridge and gas BBQ. top load washing machine, dryer, carport & additional off road parking for another vehicle.
Linen supplied and beds made for your arrival.
Pets Allowed (Pets outside only, gated bottom deck) -however no more than two (2) dogs on any property.

This property is the perfect location.
Richard at Ray White was more than helpful with the whole process for us, couldn't recommend them more highly.

We had a lovely weekend, the house was as described and very suitable for 3 couples with plenty of room for us all to have our own space. We have used Ray White before and always found them very easy to deal with.

We wanted a spacious house where 8 adults & 1 small dog could come together for a special birthday celebration - we needed space, comfort, a tranquil view & good amenities and Absolute totally filled our requirements.
This house, "Absolute", is immaculate, as even my 15-year-old son, reiterated to me, several times, how comfortable the beds are, and the furnishings are beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as we have a yearly holiday on Straddie, and we have stayed at many different holiday homes over the years since my son was a baby and this is the first time, we have stayed at this lovely holiday home, and we will definitely stay again at this holiday home. It was my son, and best Straddie Stay yet, not to mention our lovely dog also thoroughly enjoyed his Straddie stay as well. Kindly Thanking you all,
